Detailed Description
Statement

wupA24597 males die during embryogenesis and have hypodermal and neural phenotypes. wupA24597/+ females that do not survive die at the embryonic or first larval instar stages. Those that survive to eclosion (10-30%) have a reduced body size. The semi-dominant lethality of wupA24597 is not complemented by l(1)16Fe1 or the '23437' chromosome (in which l(1)16Fm and l(1)16Fe are affected).
