Construct: Amino acid replacement: E?K. E?K change lies within the second ATP binding site of the carbamyl phosphate synthetase domain of r (the CPS.B2 subdomain). of the carbamyl phosphate synthetase domain of r (the CPS.B2 subdomain). This is the same lesion as in r^Su(b).
