Description

Genomic nanos fragment in which the nanos 3'UTR has been replaced with the αTub84B 3'UTR. There is an insertion of 13bp between bases 1722 and 1723 (the number of the base mutated corresponds to the numbering given for the genomic sequence of nanos in FBrf0053387, with one correction: an extra three bases (AGA) have been found between bases 1410 and 1411, replacing His 201 with Gln and Ile). A Tag:HA epitope has been inserted at the 5' end of the nanos coding region.
