Description

Genomic nanos fragment in which the nanos 3'UTR has been replaced with the αTub84B 3'UTR. There is an in-frame deletion that removes amino acids 305 to 331, affecting the first zinc finger but leaving the second zinc finger intact (the numbering is as given for the genomic sequence of nanos in FBrf0053387, with one correction: an extra three bases (AGA) have been found between bases 1410 and 1411, replacing His 201 with Gln and Ile). A Tag:HA epitope has been inserted at the 5' end of the nanos coding region.
