Chi45F mutant clones expressing Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PL>ChiΔDD.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC still differentiate ectopic photoreceptors in the ventral anterior eye disc.

Expression of ChiΔDD.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4Ccap.PP gives rise to flies that do not open their wings after eclosion. This phenotype is fully penetrant at 25[o]C.

Flies expressing ChiΔDD.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 show severe wing defects that mimic those of ap null mutants.
