When driven by Scer\GAL4^dpp.blk1, no morphological defects are seen. When driven by Scer\GAL4^GMR.PF, a moderate eye roughening, disorganisation and some loss in mechanosensory bristles seen. This effect is more severe with two copies. When driven by Scer\GAL4^Dll-md23, at 18^oC wild-type leg morphology is seen, aristae are shortened and thickened. When expressed at 25^oC deleted tarsal segments and no aristae are seen, instead abnormal cuticular structures protude from the third antennal segment.
