Additional Comments
Genetic Interactions
Statement
Reference

The addition of two copies of either or both sct3'F.5.8 and sct5'eye does not restore any boss-expressing R8 photoreceptors or ommatidia.

The addition of sct3'F.5.8 and atot5'eye to ato1 flies does restore significant numbers of ommatidia and R8 receptors, even though either transgene alone gives no rescue/suppression of this ato1 phenotype.
