      Third instar larvae homozygous for sbbEP328 or transheterozygous for sbbEP328/sbbk00702 display a significant increase in turning rate during crawling, as compared to controls.

      Homozygous larvae show significantly more turning behaviour on non-nutritive agar than wild-type larvae ("scribbler" behaviour).
