Reported amino acid change:

H90L

Comment:

The cg annotation has been extended substantially at the 5' end since the @cg[Y4} mutation was reported accounting for the apparent discrepency in amino acid location between the publication and the annotation. The site of nucleotide substitution in the mutant was inferred by FlyBase based on the reported amino acid change.
