    Comment:

The cg annotation has been extended substantially at the 5' end since the @cg[A22] mutation was reported accounting for the apparent discrepency in the amino acid location of the mutation between the publication and the FlyBase annotation. The reported amino acid change (from CGC to TAA, TGA, or TAG) requires substitution of at least the first and third nucleotides of the the codon. The site of nucleotide substitution in the mutant was inferred by FlyBase based on the reported amino acid change. It has been annotated as a TGA stop codon, though the identity of the stop codon was not reported.
