The legs of Lim1Scer\UAS.cTb; Scer\GAL4ap-md544 flies lack (some?) tarsal structures. In Lim1Scer\UAS.cTb; Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 flies, the femur, tibia, and tarsal segments one to three are fused. In the pretarsus only one claw develops.
When expression is driven by Scer\GAL4ap-md544 tarsus 4 is lost. When expression is driven by Scer\GAL430A mild tarsal segment fusions occur.
Lim1UAS.cTb, Scer\GAL430A has tarsal segment phenotype, enhanceable by alUAS.cSa, Scer\GAL430A
Lim1UAS.cTb, Scer\GAL430A has tarsal segment phenotype, non-enhanceable by apunspecified, Scer\GAL430A
Lim1UAS.cTb, Scer\GAL4ap-md544 has tarsal segment phenotype, suppressible | partially by BarUAS.cKa, Scer\GAL4ap-md544
Lim1UAS.cTb, Scer\GAL430A has tarsal segment phenotype, non-suppressible by ChiFL.UAS.Tag:MYC, Scer\GAL430A
Lim1UAS.cTb, Scer\GAL4ap-md544 has tarsal segment 4 phenotype, non-suppressible by apUAS.cBa, Scer\GAL4ap-md544
Lim1UAS.cTb, Scer\GAL430A is an enhancer of tarsal segment phenotype of Scer\GAL430A, alUAS.cSa
The loss of tarsal structures in Lim1Scer\UAS.cTb; Scer\GAL4ap-md544 flies is partially suppressed by BScer\UAS.cKa.
The combination of Lim1Scer\UAS.cTb and alScer\UAS.cSa driven by Scer\GAL430A causes stronger tarsal fusion than either Lim1Scer\UAS.cTb or alScer\UAS.cSa alone and loss of the joint between tarsal segments 4 and 5.
