The diameters of the inner and outer rims of the ring canals are smaller than normal in animals expressing Akap200^EP2254 under the control of Scer\GAL4^{nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16}. Ring canal morphology defects are not seen before stage 4 of oogenesis.
