      One copy of gsb::prdGsbN+PrdC fully rescues the cuticle phenotype of prd4 homozygous embryos. One copy of gsb::prdGsbN+PrdC fully rescues prd4/Df(2L)Prl animals to adulthood. Two copies of gsb::prdGsbN+PrdC fail to rescue the fertility of prd4/Df(2L)Prl males.
