Mutant larvae expressing raps^EP3113 under the control of Scer\GAL4^elav-C155 have ISN neuron pathfinding defects. Mutant larvae expressing raps^EP3113 under the control of Scer\GAL4^elav-C155 have excessive or ectopic synapses. Mutant larvae expressing raps^EP3113 under the control of Scer\GAL4^elav-C155 have reduced or abnormal synapses.

In the ventral muscle region of mutant larvae expressing raps^EP3113 under the control of Scer\GAL4^elav-C155 ISN pathfinding defects can be seen. An abnormal axonal/synaptic branch is observed, and the 6/7 synapse (which is normally linear) has a highly branched structure.
