      Surviving homozygous adults show no obvious mutant phenotypes.

      Embryos from a RhoGAP68FEP3152 stock can have holes in the ventral cuticle.

      Embryos from a RhoGAP68FEP3152 stock can show impairment of ventral furrow formation towards the anterior and posterior ends of the embryo, with cells that fail to invaginate remaining on the surface.

      In mutant larvae expressing RhoGAP68FEP3152 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 ISN pathfinding defects can be seen. ISNb bypass phenotypes can be seen. ISNb is split into two tracts that leave the ISN at different points. One of these appears to wander dorsally and innervate 6/7, while the other may innervate 12 and 13. Mutant larvae expressing RhoGAP68FEP3152 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 have excessive or ectopic synapses.
