    Description

FlyBase curator comment: this entry is used to capture phenotypic information when the particular allele (or allele combination) used by the author could not be determined but the context of the experiment suggests that the phenotype being described is some kind of loss of function.

    Detailed Description
    Statement
    Reference

radunspecified homozygous mutant adults have a similar increase in aversive olfactory 24 h memory observed when the recall environment better matches the training environment (presence of copper grid) to controls.

The formation of 24 hour memory after massed training (anesthesia-resistant memory) is blocked in mutant males in an olfactory avoidance conditioning assay.

In homozygotes no effect is seen on the amplitude of the synchronous oscillation of intracellular calcium concentration seen in wild type Kenyon cells.

Induction of Mmus\PrkczPKM.hs using heat shock after training suppresses the block in 24 hour memory after massed training (anesthesia-resistant memory) seen in radunspecified males in an olfactory avoidance conditioning assay.
