Tracheal dorsal branch fusion occurs normally in leaS4-14/+
Fas2-positive fascicles (including the lateral and medial bundles) often cross the midline in mutant embryos, in contrast to wild type. The formation of longitudinal connectives is reduced. Muscle fibres frequently cross the central nervous system on its dorsal surface (this phenotype is never seen in wild-type embryos). The formation of the peripheral nervous system appears normal. Homozygous embryos have a defective head skeleton and the lateral-graten and H-piece do not form. The dorsal bridge still forms. lea1/leaS4-14 embryos have a defective head skeleton and the H-piece does not form. The dorsal bridge still forms.
robo2S4-14 has cephalopharyngeal skeleton phenotype, non-enhanceable by robo11
robo2S4-14 has cephalopharyngeal skeleton phenotype, non-suppressible by robo11
lea[+]/robo2S4-14 is a non-suppressor of adult dorsal tracheal branch | third instar larval stage phenotype of Sdc2639
