Comments

Expression of ssh^CS.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4^OK107 fails to rescue the axon growth and guidance defects seen in homozygous ssh^1-11 adult mushroom body clones (which are generated as neuroblast clones in newly hatched larvae). The axon growth defects seen in neuroblast clones of optic lobe and antennal lobe contralateral projection neurons are not rescued by expression of ssh^CS.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4^OK107.
