Description

The FRT cassette has been excised, juxtaposing the sev enhancers and heat shock promoter with the fz::fz2 coding sequences. The chimeric fz::fz2 coding region consists of the N-terminal domain of fz (the first 242 amino acids), followed by the fz2 transmembrane domain, followed by the fz C-terminal domain.
