Expression of WASpΔCA.Scer\UAS in the mesoderm and muscle under the control of Scer\GAL4twi.PB results in a strong myoblast fusion phenotype.

Expression of WASpΔCA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4kirre.PR has no obvious effects on myogenesis.

Expression of WASpΔCA.Scer\UAS in the mesoderm under the control of Scer\GAL4twi.PG results in myoblast fusion defects. Fusion rounds appear to stop after precursor formation.

Expression of WASpΔCA.Scer\UAS in founder cells under the control of Scer\GAL4kirre-rP298 does not disrupt myoblast fusion.

Expression of WASpΔCA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E in the posterior compartment of the third larval instar wing disc has no effect on F-actin or G-actin distribution.

Expression of WASpΔCA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-537.4 results in a loss of thoracic bristles.
