When Wnt4^Scer\UAS.cSa is driven in clones (when driven by Scer\GAL4^αTub84B.PC) in the adult abdomen no alterations in polarity or other effects in the abdomen are seen.

Wnt4^Scer\UAS.cGa animals produce ectopic denticles in the ventral epidermis, when overexpressed with Scer\GAL4^arm.PS, and the flies die as pharate adults, and show several defects in the wing when crossed to Scer\GAL4^ptc-559.1.
