      ScerGAL4cb49 drives expression at a low level in all cells of the eye-antennal disc.

      ScerGAL4cb49 drives expression in the distal-most part of the antennal disc, and in the part of the eye disc that becomes the ventral head.

      ScerGAL4cb49 drives expression in the embryonic somatic musculature, PNS, and amnioserosa, and in circumferential rings around the adult testis. During oogenesis, ScerGAL4cb49 drives expression at stage S14 in germline cells and the germarium. Larval expression is not observed.
