      ScerGAL4cb48 drives expression in the embryonic somatic musculature, PNS, and antenno-maxillary complex, in the larval central nervous system including the brain, in all imaginal discs, and in the adult testis. During oogenesis, ScerGAL4cb48 drives expression in terminal filaments and/or female germline stem cells, and in a few scattered follicle cells from stages S9-14.
