      ScerGAL4cb14 drives expression in the embryonic CNS, PNS, midgut, and the dorsal midline of the ventral nerve cord, in the larval central nervous system including the brain, in wing and leg discs, and in the adult testis. During oogenesis, ScerGAL4cb14 drives expression in follicle stem cells, in terminal filaments and/or female germline stem cells, in anterior nurse follicle cells (stretch cells), interfollicle (stalk) cells, centripetally migrating follicle cells, and in the posterior two-thirds of oocyte associated follicle cells over the oocyte; expression is not observed in lateral cells over the oocyte.
