Body colour: flies carrying y^TDH-641 (in a y^- background) have a pigmentation score of 1 (where 1 = absence of y expression and 5 = wild type) in both the body and wing. Body colour: y^TDH-641/y^1#8 flies have a pigmentation score of 2 in the wing and 1-2 in the body. Body colour: y^TDH-641/y^59b flies have a pigmentation score of 2 in the wing and 1-2 in the body. Body colour: y^TDH-641/y² flies have a pigmentation score of 1 in the wing and 1-2 in the body. Body colour: y^TDH-641/y^2sA3 flies have a pigmentation score of 1 in both the wing and body.
