      When sd::vgScer\UAS.sdTEA is driven by Scer\GAL4vg.PM a misarrangement of the thoracic bristles is seen as well as a cleft in the thorax and scutellum. Occasionally a winglike tissue outgrowth is seen from the scutellum.

      sdETX4, vg1/vg79d5 wings are very small and deformed. The addition of sd::vgScer\UAS.sdTEA (driven by Scer\GAL4vg.PM) significantly rescues the wing defects.
