Genomic fragment that encompasses nos. A Tag:HA epitope has been inserted at the start of the coding region. Six copies of the Tag:MS2 stem loop have been inserted into the 3' UTR, 517bp downstream of the stop codon (this site is distal to the nos localization signal).
