Expression of skd^Scer\UAS.cJa under the control of Scer\GAL4^vg.PM results in a reduction of the wing margin. Clones in the wing disc expressing skd^Scer\UAS.cJa under the control of Scer\GAL4^αTub84B.PL distort the dorsal-ventral compartment boundary.
