      Oocytes from unc-456C3-11 germline clones exhibit polarity defects (e.g. Staufen protein and oskar mRNA not localized at all, or weekly localized; mislocalized Par-1 protein; disrupted microtubule cytoskeleton polarity; mislocalized nucleus).
