Reference

One copy of unc-4503692 enhances the rough eye phenotype seen in flies expressing Hsap\MAPTGMR.Ex.PJ.

A unc-4503692 heterozygous background enhances the wing phenotypes found upon expression of Mmus\BaxScer\UAS.cGa in the wing under the control of Scer\GAL4vg.PM. There is a significant increase from 60% to 90% of strong phenotypes (compared to controls) and a decrease from 40% to 10% of intermediate phenotypes. This shift in phenotype distribution reflects an enhancement of the Mmus\BaxScer\UAS.cGa-induced phenotype thus showing an increase of Mmus\BaxScer\UAS.cGa-induced cell death.
