      Transfection of S2 cells with Traf1Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 and Scer\GAL4Act5C.PHb causes cell death. Increased cell death occurs in third instar larval eye discs of Traf1Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 and Scer\GAL4GMR.PF animals. Traf1Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1; Scer\GAL4GMR.PF animals have a small rough eye phenotype.
