Description

Construct: Encodes the tkv extracellular domain fused to the wit intracellular domain.

(McCabe et al., 2004)

The Ubi-p63E promoter drives expression of a chimeric protein composed of the extracellular ligand binding domain and part of the transmembrane domain of tkv, fused to part of the transmembrane domain and the intracellular kinase domain of wit (fusion the two coding sequences is in the middle of the transmembrane domain).
