chaeta (with Df(3R)sbd105)
Heterozygotes do not show a malformed leg phenotype. Heterozygotes have normal bristle morphology. SbEbr20/Df(3R)sbd105 adults have a stubble bristle phenotype. Homozygotes show 10 +/- 3% embryonic lethality and 100% of homozygous larvae fail to form pupae. Homozygotes show larval moulting defects.
28% of br1 ; SbEbr20/+ flies show a malformed leg phenotype. The predominant leg phenotype in br1/Y ; SbEbr20/+ flies is short, fat femurs and tibias. 2% of br5/+ ; SbEbr20/+ flies show a malformed leg phenotype. 16% of SbEbr20 Rho1J3.8 double heterozygotes show a malformed leg phenotype in at least one leg. 8% of SbEbr20 Rho1k02107b double heterozygotes show a malformed leg phenotype in at least one leg. 11% of SbEbr20 Rho1E3.10 double heterozygotes show a malformed leg phenotype in at least one leg. 1% of SbEbr20 RhoGEF204291 double heterozygotes show a malformed leg phenotype in at least one leg. 3% of SbEbr20 RhoGEF211-3 double heterozygotes show a malformed leg phenotype in at least one leg. 46% of SbEbr20 zipEbr double heterozygotes show a malformed leg phenotype in at least one leg. 0% of SbEbr20 zip1 double heterozygotes show a malformed leg phenotype in at least one leg. 0% of SbEbr20 zip33-1 double heterozygotes show a malformed leg phenotype in at least one leg.
