Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a fusion protein consisting of amino acid residues 1-738 of pygo (this does not include the PHD domain) followed by N-terminally truncated pan (lacking the first 31 amino acid residues of pan). The protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA.
