Description

A constitutively secreted form of fj (comprises amino acids 102-583 of fj tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:SS(rCd2) signal sequence) is expressed under the control of genomic fj regulatory sequences; 8.7 kb upstream sequence and 4.3 kb downstream sequence is present.
