Description

The αTub67C promoter drives expression of the Btk SH3 and SH2 domains, in which a key Trp residue of the SH3 domain has been mutated to Ala (mutation location corresponds to codon 181 of the type 1 isoform and codon 379 of the type 2 isoform) and a key Arg residue of the SH2 domain has been mutated to Lys (mutation location corresponds to codon 238 of the type 1 isoform and codon 436 of the type 2 isoform). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with mGFP6.
