Scer\GAL4btl.PS-mediated expression of EgfrElp.Scer\UAS causes extra tracheal branching.
Expression of EgfrElp.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in a rough eye phenotype. Expression of EgfrElp.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sim.P3.7 in embryos does not result in a reduction in the number of midline glia.
EgfrElp.UAS, Scer\GAL4GMR.PF has visible phenotype, non-enhanceable by jingUAS.cSa, Scer\GAL4GMR.PF
Scer\GAL4sim.P3.7/EgfrElp.UAS is a suppressor | partially of abnormal neuroanatomy phenotype of jing3/Df(2R)ST1
Scer\GAL4sim.P3.7/EgfrElp.UAS is a suppressor of abnormal neuroanatomy phenotype of jing3
EgfrElp.UAS, Scer\GAL4GMR.PF has eye phenotype, non-enhanceable by jingUAS.cSa, Scer\GAL4GMR.PF
EgfrElp.UAS, Scer\GAL4GMR.PF has ommatidium phenotype, non-enhanceable by jingUAS.cSa, Scer\GAL4GMR.PF
EgfrElp.UAS, Scer\GAL4btl.PS has embryonic/larval tracheal section phenotype, non-suppressible by exp135
Scer\GAL4btl.PS/EgfrElp.UAS is an enhancer of embryonic/larval tracheal lateral trunk phenotype of exp135
Scer\GAL4btl.PS/EgfrElp.UAS is an enhancer of embryonic/larval ganglionic tracheal branch phenotype of exp135
Scer\GAL4sim.P3.7/EgfrElp.UAS is a suppressor | partially of larval ventral midline glial cell phenotype of jing3/Df(2R)ST1
Scer\GAL4sim.P3.7/EgfrElp.UAS is a suppressor of larval ventral midline glial cell phenotype of jing3
Scer\GAL4btl.PS-mediated expression of EgfrElp.Scer\UAS enhances the tracheal cyst phenotype of exp135 embryos.
The rough eye phenotype caused by expression of EgfrElp.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF is not enhanced by coexpression of jingScer\UAS.cSa. Expression of EgfrElp.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sim.P3.7 reduces the penetrance of the loss of midline glia phenotype seen in homozygous jing3 embryos, so that only 20% of double mutant embryos have a reduced number of midline glial cells. Expression of EgfrElp.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sim.P3.7 reduces the penetrance of the loss of midline glia phenotype seen in jing3/Df(2R)ST1 embryos.
