      Heat-shock induced bamhs.T:Ivir\HA1 expression eliminates germline stem cells even when females carry an extra copy of nosT:Avic\GFP-EGFP. Three days after heat-shock induction of bamhs.T:Ivir\HA1, 70-80% of germaria are devoid of stem cells in a nosT:Avic\GFP-EGFP background.
