trichogen cell & actin filament & pupa, with Scer\GAL4sca.PC
Sra-1Scer\UAS.T:Myr1; Scer\GAL4sca.PC flies have short, split microchaetae. During bristle formation in Sra-1Scer\UAS.T:Myr1; Scer\GAL4sca.PC pupae, actin filament formation is initiated in a broader region of the apical cell surface than in wild-type and actin filaments at the cell boundary appear to have a `fuzzier' organization.
CyfipUAS.Tag:Myr(Src64B), Scer\GAL4sca.PC has microchaeta phenotype, enhanceable by HemUAS.Tag:Myr(Src64B), Scer\GAL4sca.PC
CyfipUAS.Tag:Myr(Src64B), Scer\GAL4sca.PC has microchaeta phenotype, suppressible by WASp[+]/WASp3
CyfipUAS.Tag:Myr(Src64B), Scer\GAL4sca.PC has microchaeta phenotype, non-suppressible by Hem[+]/HemJ4-48
CyfipUAS.Tag:Myr(Src64B), Scer\GAL4sca.PC is an enhancer of microchaeta phenotype of HemUAS.Tag:Myr(Src64B), Scer\GAL4sca.PC
The short and split microchaetae phenotype of Sra-1Scer\UAS.T:Myr1; Scer\GAL4sca.PC flies is synergistically enhanced by HemScer\UAS.T:Myr1, suppressed by WASp3/+, but is unaffected by HemJ4-48/+.
