      Sra-1ΔC.Scer\UAS.T:Myr1; Scer\GAL4sca.PC lack most head macrochaetae. Remaining macrochaetae are often bent. Actin filament bundles fail to form at the site of macrochaetae formation in pupae. Sra-1ΔC.Scer\UAS.T:Myr1; Scer\GAL4sca.PC flies lack many thoracic microchaetae.
