    Detailed Description
    Statement
    Reference

Cap-G64 homozygous and Cap-G6/Cap-G64 embryos often show severe but variable defects, which range from embryos with reduced, mis-arranged musculature and missing or duplicated heart cells to embryos of aberrant shape without recognizable musculature.

Cap-G64 mitotic cells accumulate in prophase/premetaphase. These cells delay in metaphase and display a high frequency of anaphase and telophase bridges.

    Genetic Interactions
    Statement
    Reference

Intermediate eye pigment levels are observed in glu88-82, Cap-G64 double mutants with a In(1)wm4h background, showing that glu88-82 suppressor effects of PEV are not dominant over the enhancer activity of Cap-G64.
