        Single cell mutant clones in the mushroom body neuroblasts made in newly hatched larvae, causes arrest of neuroblast proliferation and prevents the continued generation of later born α'/β' and α/β neurons. Enlarged cells also indicated cytokinesis defects. Single cell mutant clones in the mushroom body neurons are grossly normal in their axonal and dendritic projections.
