      Expression of ciΔNR.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC, under the control of Scer\GAL4ci.PC, in a ci94 null background results in variable phenotypes ranging from deletion of the posterior region of each denticle belt to wild-type cuticles, depending on the insertion of the transgene.
