        Male BG01918BG01918 mutants show an increased lifespan compared to controls. No change in lifespan is seen in females.

        Starvation response is improved in males at 1 week but reduced compared to controls at 6 weeks, whereas females show no change at 1 week but have reduced resistance at 6 weeks.

        Chill coma recovery time in males and females is similar to controls at one week but recovery time is increased in females at 6 weeks.

        Males and females both show a reduction in climbing ability at one week. but males at 6 weeks show improved climbing ability compared to controls.
