        Embryos derived from nebuMB03129, nebuMB03129/nebuMI03549 or nebuMB03129/Df(3L)ED4486 exhibit mitotic aberrations. Mitotic aberrations are observed at different mitotic division cycles in the early syncytial divisions, and include the formation of multipolar spindles, seemingly polyploid nuclei, and nuclei that appear to be arrested rather than dividing.

        Embryos derived from nebuMB03129/nebuMI03549 exhibit a delay in embryonic division time during mitotic cycle 13.
