Expression of poloScer\UAS.P\T.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 has no effect on centrosome numbers or mitotic progression in larval brain neuroblasts.

Expression of poloScer\UAS.P\T.cMa in the female germline under the control of Scer\GAL4unspecified leads to the formation of synaptonemal complexes in more than four cells per cyst in region 2a of the germarium and a delay in meiotic restriction in region 2b of the germarium.

Statement
Reference

Expression of poloScer\UAS.P\T.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 significantly rescues the mutant phenotypes of Sgt1c01268 larval brain neuroblasts; there is an increase in cells with a normal number of centrosomes and a normal bipolar spindle and the cells show mostly normal mitotic progression.
