      The expression of CG1674GD14628 under the control of either Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR or Scer\GAL41151 leads to decreased flight and jump ability. Scer\GAL41151>CG1674GD14628 jump muscles show an abnormal morphology and F-actin-rich deposits.

      Adults expressing CG1674GD14628 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu (in the presence of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa to increase the efficiency of RNAi) do not show a significant defect in avoidance of noxious temperature (46[o]C) compared to control flies.
