      Scer\GAL4Send1.4kb-mediated expression of CG32834GD15968 significantly reduces the probability of a female remating one day after an initial mating, but increases the probability of a female remating ten days after an initial mating (compared to controls).

      Scer\GAL4Send1.4kb-mediated expression of CG32834GD15968 significantly reduces the number of eggs laid after mating.

      Adults expressing CG32834GD15968 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu (in the presence of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa to increase the efficiency of RNAi) do not show a significant defect in avoidance of noxious temperature (46[o]C) compared to control flies.
