      Expressing CadpsGD9502 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU leads to a rough eye phenotype.

      (Iyer et al., 2016)

      Adults expressing CadpsGD9502 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu (in the presence of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa to increase the efficiency of RNAi) can show significantly reduced avoidance of noxious temperature (46[o]C) compared to control flies, depending on the particular P{GD9502} insertion line used.
