      Expression of Scer\GAL4Hml.PG>GltGD5017 results in increased mortality relative to wild-type upon nemato-bacterial infection.

      Expression of Scer\GAL4He.PZ>GltGD5017 results in increased mortality relative to wild-type upon nemato-bacterial infection.

      Adults expressing GltGD5017 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu (in the presence of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa to increase the efficiency of RNAi) can show significantly reduced avoidance of noxious temperature (46[o]C) compared to control flies, depending on the particular P{GD5017} insertion line used.

      Adults expressing GltGD5017 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu (in the presence of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa to increase the efficiency of RNAi) show no significant change in the kinetics of high temperature (46[o]C) induced paralysis compared to control flies.
